Thomas R. Silva, of the Tacony section of Philadelphia, passed away on July 13, 2023, at age 92. He is survived by his niece Elizabeth Silva. There will be a viewing for Thomas on Monday, July 17 from 9:00 – 9:30am at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr sts) Burial to follow in North Cedar Hill Cemetery.
