Sammy Leigh or just Leigh as I called her brought a lot of joy to our family when she was born. We looked at her more as a younger sister then a niece. We had a lot of fun and created many lasting memories. Her time here was short but impactful. I hope she is with those she loved and went before her and she found the Peace and happiness she so needed. Give my Mom and Aunt Kate a hug from me Leigh. I'll miss you all until I see you again.

I briefly knew Sammy through our work. It wasn’t a long kinship, but it was meaningful to me. I love you Sam. I hope to see you one day in an infinitely kinder world.
