Dear Rutter Family, Please accept our sincerest condolences! I have many fond memories of hanging out with Dottie & her crazy brothers when I was in Jr. High. My husband, Ed & I were also friends with Pat during high school &into our 20’s & 30’s. Pat always had a smile when we saw him & always seemed glad to see us! May his memory bring a smile to you when you need it the most!

My Uncle Was One of a Kind You were my favorite uncle, and I was your favorite niece (your only niece, as you loved to remind me). As I sit here thinking about how much you’re going to be missed, my heart is full of both love and sadness. I truly loved you so much, and I’m so thankful I had you—the best uncle anyone could ask for. You brought joy, laughter, and love into our lives in a way only you could. You weren’t just an amazing uncle to me-you were a great great uncle to my kids. They adored you, and their love for you says everything about the kind of person you were. Thank you for being such a bright part of our lives. We’ll miss you more than words can say.

There’s so many things that I can say about this man that I don’t even know where to begin. But this is where I will start; Moose was an amazing man and grandfather. Your light will truly be missed. You were the true definition of a superhero always there when anyone was in need. I’m sending my condolences on behalf of the Lyons family. Where you have truly left a staple in our family. So this is not goodbye, It is a simple See you later. Love your daughter Brandy
