I only met Maureen within the last few years. She is one of my neighbors. We met through our love of animals and became friends. Though I didn’t have the privilege of a long friendship I am truly blessed for the brief chance I had to know her and came to love her as a dear friend. Heaven brought home a real asset. She is sorely missed.

I have had the greatest gift of being able to know such an amazing and loving person. I couldn’t have gotten through a lot in life without her being apart of my life the way she was. She did a lot of things a grandmother shouldn’t have to do for their grandson… But she did and without question. The one thing she told me was she wanted to watch me graduate and start college, to be happy, to know I’ll be okay to start taking on life. I’m happy she got to see that happen and got to see me happy after everything I’ve faced. The lessons, the love, kindness, and knowledge she has shared and showed me will never be forgotten. She became someone I saw as my very own mother… It felt like it and I love her as if she were.

It is with deep sorrow to hear of the passing of my cousin Maureen. I have many great memories of her from the late '60s and '70s when our families visited each other every summer. My sympathy to Kathy, Michael, Patty and Crissy for losing another sibling so soon. My condolences also go out to Maureens' children and extended family. May she rest in peace!

Aunt Ree was always kind and welcoming towards my sister Kim and I. We weren't related through blood but we were related through love. Our family's have had tremendous tragedies and she was always there to help in the most personal ways. What she did for my cousins Jamie and Jimmy was so incredibly kind and selfless, Ree will always have a special place in my heart. My condolences go out to the family.

Reebees was my savior, my greatest ally, my sister and best friend, my confidant, my other half. She helped me to get through the toughest times of my life. She always reminded me to laugh and we had some great laughs. She cried with me too. We shared so much, our children, raising grandchildren and politics. I'm not sure how to go on without her. There's so much more I could say. She loved Terry, her kids, her grandchildren, her siblings, her nieces and nephews, her family and her pets (she had just as many of those as she did family members) passionately. There's no words to describe the emptiness I feel without her. No words to describe how much I miss her and love her. No words.
