Jack Bassler
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jack Bassler. Beloved husband of Joan Bassler (née Butterly), devoted father to Jack Jr., (Angeline), Eddie (Gina) Linda (Ron) and Tee, loving grandfather to Makayla, Taziah, Madison Paige, Matt, Shawn, Noah, Madison, Matthew, MacKenzie, and Andrew.
Jack passed away peacefully on March 2, 2025, at the age of 73. He will be deeply missed for his kindness, unwavering support, and love for his family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing and funeral on Thursday, March 6, at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr sts) You may visit and comfort Jack’s family during the viewing from 9:30 am – 10:30 am. There will be a prayer service starting at 10:30 am with burial to follow in East Cedar Hill Cemetery
