Catherine Brady
Catherine Rose Brady (Dempsey) Born on November 26,1937, passed away on April 22, 2025. Known lovingly by family and friends as Cass.
Cass passed peacefully at Saint Joseph’s Manor in Huntingdon Valley PA on Tuesday April 22nd, previously of FOP apartments, Mayfair and Southwest Philadelphia.
Proud graduate of West Catholic High School for Girls.
Preceded in death by her loving husband of thirty one years , Francis R Brady as well as her siblings, Alice Cunningham, James Dempsey, Jean Marie Cook and Michael Dempsey.
Cass is survived by her six children: Francis (Maureen), James(Stephen), Katherine Carroll (Mark), Donna Nick (Raymond), Patrick (Renee) and John.
Nothing brought Cass more joy than being around family and she will be missed by her many grandchildren: Timothy (Sarah), Briana, Kaitlyn (Michael), Morgan, Max, Kevin, Ryan, Patrick, Andrew, Riley, Shannon, Brighid, and Nora. Cass celebrated Easter by meeting her newest great-grand child, Thomas via FaceTime before passing. Catherine is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 29th at 11:00 a.m. Saint Ephrem RC Church (5400 Hulmeville Rd. Bensalem, Pa. 19020)
Friends and family may call before the mass from 9:30 AM – 10:45 AM.
