Walter Moore Parker, Jr. of North Philadelphia, passed away at home on July 1, 2023, at age 97. Beloved husband of the late Gladys. Loving father of Allen (Thurman), Ronald, Joyce (Maurice, Sr.), Brenda (Thomas, Sr.) and the late Clyde, Walter (Helen) and Darryl. Sadly missed by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Services are pending and will be announced in the coming days. Walter will be laid to rest in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
