Trinidad Otero, mother to Maria Ramirez (Piro) and grandmother to Ita (George), Myrna (Jose), Lulu (Ron), Mayra (Bob) and Miriam (Benny), passed away on October 19, 2023. Her final moments were spent at home surrounded by her loving family. She was known for her passion for singing and fashion, and never losing her feisty personality even at 93. Trini will be missed by her 13 great-grandchildren and her 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was one of 10 children and will also be missed by her nieces and nephews, namely David (Nitza), who loved her so. She was predeceased by her husband and the love of her life, Santiago Ramirez. All are invited to Trini’s visitation and funeral on Wednesday October 25th at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation 6711 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19135 (between Unruh & Knorr Sts.) from 9:30am-11:00am. There will be a prayer service in the funeral home at 11:00am.
