Timothy Patrick Hatch Jr.
Timothy Patrick Hatch Jr., of Philadelphia, PA, unexpectedly passed away on February 13, 2025, at the age of 56. Timothy was the beloved son of Linda Glanding and the late Timothy Hatch.
He was a devoted and loving husband to Ann Marie Hatch and a proud father to his children, Tabatha, Ashley (Noel), Zachary (Yajaira), and Veronica (George II). Pop pop of Destiny, George III, Luke, and one on the way. Timothy was also the dear brother of Thomas Hatch (Jeanie) and Rita Hatch (Jamal) and an uncle to Reyna and Jacob.
Timothy enjoyed fishing; he especially loved spending that time with his grandsons. He loved his beach trips to Wildwood, enjoying time with his family. He took immense pride in his landscaping work and was meticulous with it. Timothy was a true Philadelphia sports fan, especially for the Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles. He could often be found enjoying a six-pack of Budweiser in his cooler, with his fishing pole in hand. Holidays with family brought him immense joy. Timothy also had a lifelong fascination with the weather; he could have been a meteorologist if he had chosen that path. Music, particularly rock and roll, was an essential part of Timothy’s life. His kids fondly remember him playing it when they were younger, filling their home with tunes. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
All are invited to Timothy’s visitation and service on Wednesday, February 19th, at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc., 6711 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19135 (between Unruh & Knorr Sts.) from 9:30 am- 11:00 am. There will be a prayer service at 11:00 am in the funeral home.

You will be greatly missed. I appreciate the little time we hung out together. I appreciate you stopping by to visit my father. When I first started my sales job you came by my store and purchased a cell phone from me to help me. I will always remember that and appreciate you.

When your parents were looking for a house, we went into a sample home. you and, your brother We’re playing hide and go seek and you locked me in a wicker laundry basket. Your mother slapped the shit out of you and pulled your hair. Tommy whimpered away. Spending time with you going back-and-forth to the hospital to see our uncle/and my mother. You made a big difference. And the way you talked about your kids and your grandkids you will be missed.
