Thomas F. Meehan, Jr. of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, retired Philadelphia Fire Fighter, passed away at home on July 24, 2023, at age 74. Loving father of Moira Katchuk (Steve), Thomas Meehan and Brendan Meehan (Patti). Devoted “Pop T” of Maddi, Joey and Siobhan. Brother of Maria Devlin (Donald). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation and funeral on Friday August 4 from 9:30am – 11:00 am at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford ave. (between Unruh & Knorr Sts) There will be a prayer service at 11:00am. Burial will be held in private at a later date. Thomas will be laid to rest in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
