Sivann Douk, of the Tacony section of Philadelphia, sadly passed away on May 31, 2023, at age 48. Beloved husband of Sarah Douk. Loving father of Keith, Elijah and Benjamin. Son of Srey Prak (the late Chheng Kim Doeun Douk) Also survived by his uncle, Sam Prak (Katelyn). Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing and funeral on Tuesday, June 6 from 2:30pm – 4:00pm at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr Sts) There will be a prayer service at 4:00pm Further arrangements will be held in private by his family.
