Ruth Zubyk, of Northeast Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on August 2, 2023, at the age of 94. Beloved wife of the late Wasyl “Walt”. Loving mother of Tom (Susan), Janet, and John (Danielle) and the late Brad. Grandmother of Danny, Andrew, Tommy, Brett, Eric, Avery and the late Melissa. Loving sister of Doris, the late Raymond and Jean “Jeanette”. Ruth will be sadly missed by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister, special niece Diane, as well as many nieces and nephews, and countless friends. Family and friends are invited to gather, remember, and celebrate Ruth’s life on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at Saints United Lutheran Church (3200 Ryan Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19136). Her viewing will be from 10:00AM to 11:00AM. There will be a prayer service in the church from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
