Rose Marie Paxson (nee Sanford), a resident of the Tacony section for many years, passed away on February 29, 2024, at age 82. Beloved wife of the late Robert Paxson. Loving mother of Barbara Kennedy (Mike), Bob Paxson (Dawn), William Paxson (Jane), Ann Marie Myers (Fred), Teresa Paxson (Lisa) and the late Rosemary Paxson and Paul Paxson. Sadly missed by 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her siblings, John, Matthew, Norman, Dolores and Loretta. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing and funeral on Tuesday, March 12th, from 9:30am – 11:00am in Our Lady of Consolation RC Church (7051 Tulip St. Phila., Pa) There will be a funeral mass at 11:00am with burial to follow in Magnolia Cemetery.
