Rodney Soto “Don Omar”, of North Philadelphia, born in Puerto Rico, sadly passed away May 24th, 2022 at the age of 45. Son of Julia Angelica Ortiz and the late Angel Luis Soto. Beloved husband of Michelle Lopez. Loving father of Rodney Soto and Michael Lopez. Brother of Luis Soto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to gather, remember and celebrate Rodney’s life on Thursday June 2nd at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19135 (between Unruh & Knorr Sts.) You may visit and comfort Rodney’s family during his viewing from 9:30AM-12Noon. There will be a service in the funeral home at 12Noon. Rodney will be laid to rest in his homeland in Puerto Rico.
