Robert J. Paxson, of the Tacony section of Philadelphia, passed away on June 9, 2023, at age 82. Beloved husband for 60 years to Rose Marie Paxson (nee Sanford). Loving father of Barbara Kennedy (Mike), Bob Paxson (Dawn), Bill Paxson (Jane), Ann Marie Myers (Fred), Teresa Paxson (Lisa) and the late Rosemary Paxson and Paul Paxson. Sadly missed by 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Brother of John, Anna Mae, Irene as well as the late Joan and Marie. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend Robert’s funeral mass on Thursday, June 15, 10:30am at Our Lady of Consolation RC Church (7051 Tulip St. Philadelphia, Pa 19135) Burial to follow in Magnolia Cemetery.
