Robert Barrow, of Northeast Philadelphia, sadly passed away June 21, 2023, at the of 67. Son of the late George and Isabel Barrow. Beloved husband of 17 years to Elizabeth Santos Barrow. Loving step-father of Antonio Santos (Voretta). Cherished grandfather of Brittany Santos and great-grandfather of William and Samanda. Brother of Janet Mahala (the late Dean), Pete Barrow and the late Kathy. He is also survived by his childhood friend, Billy Parks, his nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be missed dearly
