Rita M. Herrmann

Rita M. Herrmann (nee Downing), formerly of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, passed away on November 28, 2022, at age 89. Beloved wife of the late Robert F. Herrmann, Sr. Loving mother of Robert F. Herrmann, Jr. (Julie) and Frank Herrmann (Kristin). Devoted grandmom of Ella and Lily. Also survived by her brother, Edward Downing (Diane), as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation and funeral on Monday, December 5, from 10:30am – 11:30am  at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr Sts) There will be a prayer service at 11:30am with burial to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
