Paul Walter Birney, of Northeast Philadelphia, sadly passed away January 18, 2024, at the age of 31. Beloved son of Paula Birney and the late Walter Pickup. Loving grandson of Mary Birney and the late Paul Birney. Cherished brother of Amanda Koczrowski (Justin). He will be missed by his loving aunts, Colleen Birney, Dawn Pickup and Peggy Smargiassi (Bob) as well as many cousins. Services will be held privately by his family.
