Patrick J. O’Brien, 83, of Medina NY and formerly Philadelphia, PA, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the Orchard Rehab & Nursing Center. He is survived by his loving family. All are invited to attend his graveside service on Monday, October 31, 1:00pm in Resurrection Cemetery (5200 Hulmeville Rd. Bensalem) Please arrive at the cemetery gate by 12:45pm.
