Patricia Kay Smith “Pat”, of Northeast Philadelphia, sadly passed away June 9, 2023 surrounded by her children, at the age of 78. Loving wife of the late James Smith. Beloved mother of Patricia Maneely (James), William Smith, Janet Ray, Kathy Donohue (Jack), Deborah Smith and James Smith Jr. Cherished mom mom “Lady” of 18 grandchildren and great-mom mom of 33 great-grandchildren. Sister of Alex, Teresa, Ada Marie, Nicholas and Joanne as well as the late, Roseanne,Peggy, Albert, Jeanette and Alphie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
