Patricia Gibbons

Patricia Gibbons, of the West Mayfair section of Philadelphia, passed away on April 9, 2022, at age 62. Loving mother of Sean McCloskey (Erin) and Amber Gibbons (Jimmy Ball), Devoted mom mom of Seamus, Fiona, Finnegan, Adam and Jimmy. Loving daughter of Mary Landgrebe (nee Gutekunst) and the late Frederick J. Landgrebe. Sadly missed by her siblings, Frederick P. Landgrebe (the late Deborah), Stephen Landgrebe (Joan), Julianna Rusecky and John Landgrebe (Lauren). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation and funeral on Friday, April 15, from 9:30am – 11:00am at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc., 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr Sts) Words of Remembrance Service to follow at 11:00am Int. will be held at a later date.
