Patricia Crane
Patricia Crane (nee Dwyer) formerly of Philadelphia, passed away in Bridgeville, DE surrounded by her family on February 5, 2026 at age 89. Predeceased by her husband, Thomas Crane. Her parents Edward and Mary Dwyer, as well as her siblings, John, Thomas, James, Francis, Edward, and May Morris (Muldowney).
Patricia was blessed with 3 children, Anthony Sr. (her daughter-in-law Dawn Benussi Crane), Patricia, and Julie. Devoted grandmother of Mckenzie Lancaster, Alexandra Lancaster, Ryan Sanchez, David Crane, Ryleigh Booth, Anthony Crane Jr., Dunovan Crane, and Allyson Crane.
Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing and funeral on Wednesday February 18th from 10:30 am – 11:30 am @ McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr sts. ) There will be a prayer service starting at 11:30 am with burial to follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery where she will be reunited with her late husband who was laid to rest in 2018.
I will miss you always. We had such fun times together. Our time on the front porch drinking tea and feeding the birds. I love you my friend and will miss you terribly
