Patricia Anne Dahms Meskill

Patricia Anne Dahms Meskill, 57, of Philadelphia, PA sadly passed away on May 29th, 2022. Patricia was best known by all, as Patty or Pat. She was the devoted daughter-in-law of the late Joseph and Margaret Meskill. Loving wife of Stephen, mother of Lorenea (Joe), Vincent and Megan. In addition to having three children, she was a grandmother to her pride and joy, Jolee. Pat had a love of gardening, animals and spending time with her granddaughter. She was always willing to help others and was up for an adventure. Family and friends are invited to gather, honor and celebrate Pat’s life on Monday June 6th at McCafferty Funeral and Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19135 (between Unruh & Knorr Sts.) You may visit and comfort Pat’s family during her visitation from 9:30AM-11:00AM. There will be a words of remembrance service at 11:00AM.
