Monte J. DeRocini, Jr.

Monte J. DeRocini, Jr., of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, passed away on February 4, 2023, at age 60. Beloved husband of Kathryn DeRocini (nee Newell). Loving father of Marissa Curran (James) and Jacquelyn Geary (Brian). Devoted Pop Pop of Kinsley, Benjamin and Declan. Brother of  Janine, Mark (Megan) and Tina. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation and funeral on Friday, February 10th,  in St. Matthew RC Church 3000 Cottman Ave. You may visit and comfort Monte’s family during the visitation from 9:15am – 10:45am in the church. There will be a funeral mass at 11:00am. Further arrangements will be held in private by his family.  In lieu of flowers kindly consider donations in Monte’s memory to Kids-N-Hope Foundation.
