Mercedes Ramirez Lopez, of Northeast Philadelphia, sadly passed away July 18, 2022 at the age of 90. Beloved mother of Maria Ramirez (Jesus Lopez), Ana Ramos, Gerardo Ramirez (Claudia), Jose Ramirez (Aida), Gloria Ramirez and the late Sara Luz Ramirez. Loving grandmother of Cecilia Lopez, Rosario Lopez, Saryluz Ramos, Josue Ramos, Laura Ramirez, Veronica Ramirez, Paola Ramirez, Belen Ramirez, Jack Ramirez, Nick Ramirez, Melvin Ramirez, Wilbert Molina and William Ramirez. Cherished great-grandmother of Sofia Vazquez, Eunice Mejia, Abdiel Ramirez and Javier Molina. Sister of Jose Lopez, Carlos Lopez, Tito Lopez, Juana Lopez, Candida Lopez and the late Ester Lopez, Paula Lopez, Teresa Lopez, Rafael Lopez, Daniel Lopez and Antonio Lopez. Family and friends are invited to gather, remember and celebrate Mercedes’ life on Wednesday July 27th at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19135 (between Unruh & Knorr Sts.) You may visit and comfort Mercedes’ family during her viewing from 9:30AM-11:00AM. There will be a prayer service in the funeral home at 11:00AM. Burial to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
