Maureen Sandy Shiber Lynn, 60 of Collingdale,PA passed away on 6/24/2023. She was born in Philadelphia and raised in Darby, PA. She previously lived in Pennsauken NJ, Lindenwold NJ, Lansdowne, PA and Collingdale,PA. Maureen was a studio photographer at Fitzgerald Mercy in Lansdowne, PA in the early 90’s taking babies’ first photos. She loved being in the light and surrounded by friends and family. She was a Pontiac Firebird enthusiast. She loved driving down to Wildwood, NJ every summer. She made a few people call that place home away from home. She even loved going on the Great White Wooden Coaster in Wildwood with her children even towards the end. She was a fighter and a lover. Her presence was profound everywhere she went. If you knew Maureen, you knew her love for all things Eagles related was fierce. Foremost, Maureen was a mom to 3 children, leaving behind Mark Shiber JR, Kristina Shiber, and Keri Lynn. She was predeceased by her parents Joseph Sandy, Dorothy Sandy, and her sister Jackie Sandy. She left behind a big family consisting of brother’s, sister’s: Joseph Sandy, David Sandy, Debbie Sandy, Joanne Sandy, Dorothy (Dot) Sandy, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She also had close friends that kept her happy and loved until the end. Her memory will live on by saving many people, as she selflessly volunteered as organ donor.
