Judith Brown

Judith Brown, of the Tacony section of Philadelphia, passed away March 18th, 2022 at the age of 59. Daughter of the late Alfred and Mary Ackiewicz. Beloved mother of Matthew Ackiewicz (Susan), Rebecca Brown and Jesse Brown. Loving grandmother of Olivia, Alexa and Owen. Devoted sister of Mary Garvin (the late Daniel) as well as the late Alfred Ackiewicz Jr. She is also survived by two nephews Alfred Ackiewicz III and Adam Ackiewicz. She will be missed by her partner, Michael. Family and friends are invited to gather, remember and celebrate Judith’s life on Friday March 25th at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave., Phila., PA 19135 (between Unruh & Knorr Sts.) You may visit and comfort Judith’s family during her visitation from 9:30AM-11:00AM. There will be a prayer service in the funeral home at 11:00AM. Burial to follow in Magnolia Cemetery.
