Joseph Rys, of the Tacony section of Philadelphia, passed away at home, on October 24, 2023, at age 53. Loving father of Christopher Rys and Brett Rys (Nikki). Sadly missed by the Green family whom he adored. Lovingly missed by his four legged companions, Tyra and Banksy. Joe will be dearly missed by his best friend, and brother in arms, Dan Warner as well as his “Walker St Family” Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing and funeral on Tuesday, October 31. from 9:30am – 11:00am at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr sts) There will be a eulogy service at 11:00am.
