Joanne Barnes

Joanne Barnes, of Northeast Philadelphia, sadly passed away August 14, 2022, at the age of 57. Daughter of Patricia Nesbitt and the late Robert  Nesbitt. Beloved wife of Harry Barnes. Loving mother of Amber (Eugene and Amber), April (Tim), Ashley (Will) and Harry. Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren. Sister of Robert, Paul and the late Billy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She will be missed dearly. All are invited to gather, remember and celebrate Joanne’s life on Tuesday August 23rd at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19135 (between Unruh & Knorr Sts.) You may visit and comfort Joanne’s family during her viewing from 8:15AM-9:30AM. There will be a Funeral Mass to follow at 10:30AM in St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church (535 Rhawn St. Phila., PA 19111).
