Janet Getley, of the Tacony section of Philadelphia, sadly passed away March 17, 2024, at the age of 76. Loving mother of Brian Klock (Sue), Jennifer Klock, Sean Dougherty and the late Anthony Klock. Cherished grandmother of Carly, Brian, Luke, Amanda and Everleigh. Best friend and life partner to Fred Dougherty. Janet will always be remembered for being a good friend and having a heart of gold. Her door was always open to anyone in need. All are invited to Janet’s visitation and funeral on Tuesday March 26th at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19135 (between Unruh & Knorr Sts.) from 9:30am-11:00am. There will be a words of remembrance service in the funeral home at 11:00am.
