As my brother Ken said, my Godmother Jane was one of the greatest blessings of our childhood especially mine! Some people come into your life when you need them the most and leave a mark that lasts forever that was Jane for me. Jane never turn me away whenever I would run down the street to her house. Even when she would be up most of the night with “Big Ed” when he worked Night Shift she would turn on cartoons make me strawberry milk and dippy eggs and listen to me talk … a lot 😊 I will forever be thankful that she was a part of my life and that we stayed in touch over the years. She was one of a kind and will be missed greatly! 💚💚

Well Said Donna! We spent many days and nights in front of Aunt Jane’s house. Never a peep from her complaining. She did look out for all of us. The time we spent in her pool was the best. So many of us called her Aunt Jane out of full respect. She wasn’t related to any of us. But she was better than most of our family members. I left that neighborhood 50 years ago and I have to say. She is the one person that I will always remember. She was a great person to all and godmother to my sister Sharon. She was one of Gods masterpieces. Jane Rest in peace from all of the crazy kids that played outside your house. All those noises she put up with! Wire ball, kick the can, freedom, wiffle Ball, Jane you will be missed! Ken Trainor

Jane was absolutely the most beautiful woman inside and out. Kind and gentle. Someone you would love to emulate and you could never come up to that standard. I will miss her in my heart and pray for her every day.xxoo

I had the best childhood! I loved living on the same step as Aunt Jane. We spent every summer on the front step singing, dancing, playing hopscotch, and jumping rope! Even better were the days when we would be in the pool all day. My mom and I were always with her. As the years went by and I stared to have children my kids knew her as Aunt Jane ad well. Her kindness, patience, and loving nature was always present. Most of all her smile and playful personality always warmed our hearts. My brother and I could tell a million stories of sitting on step through various stages of life and we knew she was at the kitchen window looking after us to make sure we were ok and not doing things we should not be doing! She will be in our hearts forever. I will carry her smile and laughter forever. Love you Aunt Jane.
