James C. Taggart “Jim”, of the Tacony section of Philadelphia, sadly passed away August 17, 2023, at the age of 78. Son of the late James and Regina Taggart. Beloved husband of 58 years to Phyllis Taggart. Loving father of Tracy Taggart (Mike Wetzel) and Nancy Konstance (Mark). Cherished grandfather of Brooke McColgan (Fran), Benedict Konstance and Mark Konstance. Brother of Michael Taggart (Catherine) and Jacquelyn Guinter (Timothy). Uncle of Karli Levy (Brandon), Timothy Guinter (Allie) and James Taggart. All are invited to gather, remember and celebrate Jim’s life on Wednesday August 23rd at St. Katherine of Siena R.C. Church (9700 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19114). You may visit and comfort Jim’s family during his visitation from 9:30AM-10:30AM. There will be a funeral mass at 10:30AM.
