Jacqueline Cancellarich “Jacki”, of Philadelphia, PA, unexpectedly passed away on August 29, 2022, at the age of 42. Daughter of Betty and Jonathon Brooks. Survived by her partner Reuben Vegas and her loving children, Jordyn Katilis and Cameron Vegas. Sadly missed by her sisters, Marie, Linda and Tonette, her god-daughter, Ashley and her cousin, Jason.
