Howard W. Withington, of the Tacony section of our city, passed away on May 28, 2023, at age 79. Beloved husband of Alice Withington. Loving father of Kimberly Corley (nee Hall), stepfather of Alice Connor, Edward McDaniel and the late Frank Connor. Sadly missed by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. At the request of Howard’s family, there will be no services at this time.
