Helen Trampe

Helen Trampe, 56, passed away on May 25th, 2023, peacefully and surrounded by her family after a brief battle with cancer. Helen was preceded in death by her mother, Eileen and her brother, Bobby.  She is the proud mother of Tommy (Kate), Nicolle and Zackery (Maiya). She is survived by her loving boyfriend, Kevin, brothers,  David (Lisa), Chuckie and sisters, Lisa (Steve), Peggy, Lola and Uncle Gerry, Aunt Yoly and Jane. Helen spent a lifetime creating cherished moments with her family and friends. She enjoyed life’s simple pleasures – reading a book, binging a series and spending time with the people she loved. Helen loved the sun and looked forward to trips to the shore to stick her toes in the sand. Helen was a fierce protector of those she loved. Helen treasured memorable times with “her girls”.  Together, they had fun wherever they were, and their good time could usually be heard miles away. Helen was a passionate fan of wrestling and was the biggest advocate for the Council Rock Wrestling program. She supported the team and was a vocal presence at their matches. Helen knew how to unwind and enjoy the moment.  She was the life of the party at family gatherings. Helen was sassy & fun to be around, and she enjoyed time with her friends and family. She had a special relationship with her nieces, nephews, and cousins always making them feel loved, and always open for a good “hang”  Friends and family are welcome to join us for a celebration of life on  Saturday, June 3rd from 1:00pm – 5:00pm at the Sprinkler Fitters Hall,  14004 McNulty Road, Philadelphia, PA, 19154.  In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations in Helen’s memory to Council Rock South Wrestling Boosters Club.
