Francisca Cruz, of the Academy Gardens section of Philadelphia, passed away on March 3rd, 2025, at age 85. Beloved wife of the late David Cruz Pastrana. Loving mother of David Cruz, Jr., (Jessie), Edwin Cruz (Elizabeth), Nilsa Cruz-Goodwater (Sterling), Jesus Cruz and the late Rita Nilsa. Devoted grandmother of Aaron, Angelica, Sandra Francis, Jacob, Lily, devoted great grandmother of Gabriella and Nora. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing and funeral on Tuesday, March 11, at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr sts) You may visit and comfort Francisca’s family during the viewing from 9:30 am – 11:00 am. There will be a prayer service starting at 11:00 am with burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery.
