Frances Mary Kelley (née Upah) of Croydon, Pa, passed away at home on July 28, 2023, at age 76. Beloved wife of the late Charles R. Kelley, Jr. Loving mother of Fran Twaron (Bob), Charles Kelley (Lynn), Daniel Kelley, Irene Kelley, Colleen Hyatt (Rob), Michael Kelley, Maureen McPhillips (Brian), David Kelley, Robert Kelley and Brian Kelley. Devoted grandmother of John (Katie), Jaclyn (Deshawn), Scott (Jess), Mandy, Nikki (Jake), Bobby, Dominic, Megan, Madelyn, Oona and Charlie, great grandmother of Shane, Kelley, Lilly, Isaac, Eli, Cole, Andrew and Carter, also survived by her siblings, Kathleen Lamonica (Richard), Nancy O’Reilly (John), Rev. William Upah and the late Mary Roland, sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing and funeral on Monday, August 7, from 9:30am – 10:30am in St. Thomas Aquinas RC Church 601 Bristol Pike, Croydon, Pa 19021. There will be a funeral mass celebrated at 10:30am with burial to follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
