Margaret Dugan “Peg” (nee Cullen) of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, passed away surrounded by her loving family on January 1, 2024, at age 87. Beloved wife of the late Charles Dugan. Loving mother of Charles Dugan (Barbara), Debbie Monillas (the late Monte), Peggy Stinson (Bob), Frank Dugan and the late Donna Tosto (Mario). Sadly missed by 15 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing and funeral on Wednesday January 10, from 9:00am – 10:00am at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr sts) There will a funeral mass at 10:30am at St. Timothy RC Church (3001 Levick Sts.)
