Donald T. McNeill

Donald T. McNeill, of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, passed away on July 21, 2022, at age 67. Don was a legend bass player for the band, “The Exceptions” for over 35 years. Beloved husband of Robin McNeill (nee Ellison). Loving father of Colleen McNeill (Ahmed) and Donald J. McNeill. Devoted grandfather of Mohammed, Zain, Dahlia, Step-father of Sean, Jamie, Kyle, Tara and “Poppa Don” to 10 grandchildren. Son of the late James A. McNeill and Dolores McNeill (nee Fanning). Brother of Stephen (Carol), Lori Sokolowski (Joe), Eileen Strouse (Danny) and the late James McNeill. Sadly missed by many loving nieces, nephews and his four legged companion, Roxy. In keeping with Don’s final wishes, he will be cremated. A celebration of Don’s life will be held at a later date. Please keep his loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.
