Deborah Anne Marshall, of Northeast Philadelphia, sadly passed away November 30, 2023, at the age of 64. Wife of Edward Marshall Sr. Loving mother of Chuck Mastrangelo, William Mastrangelo, Lisa Marshall and Eddie Marshall Jr. Cherished grandmother of Ahlyssah, Tariq, Ahlayah, Jordynn, Nico and Cerenity. She is also survived by her 3 sisters, as well as extended friends and family. Services are pending.
