Daniel Ghegan

Daniel Ghegan, of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, passed away at home on February 6, 2025, at age 70. Beloved husband of Joan Ghegan, loving father of  Kimberly Devito (Scott), Daniel Ghegan, Jr. (Tabitha Ashman), Lisa Ghegan (Reginald Smith), grandfather of Alyssa, Scott, Danny, III, Danielle, Madison, Eric, Isis and Christian. Sadly missed by his great grandchildren, Dior, Kehlani, Kyla, Jameson, Freya. Brother of Frank Ghegan (Ann), James Ghegan (Diane), Patrick Ghegan (Kathleen) and the late Venice Theisen. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend his memorial gathering and funeral on Friday February 21, from 9:30 am – 11:00 am at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr sts) There will be a eulogy service stating at 11:00 am. Further arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family.
