Carmen Delia Velázquez, of Philadelphia, PA, born in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, sadly passed away July 11, 2023, at the age of 72. Life partner of over 30 years to Tómas Luna. Daughter of Arturo Velázquez-Lozada and Herminia Pérez Carrasquillo. Loving mother of Jacqueline (Domenic), Marylin (Francisco), Ingrid (Jose), Katherine (Miguel), Jessica (Andy), Agustín, Yngrid and Stephanie. Beloved grandmom of Domenic, Francisco, Eunice, Ingrid (Nadir), Eddie (Stephany), Nicholas (Maria), Michael, Maximus, Angelica, Dayna and Daniel, as well as great-grandmother of Davy, Nadir, Naseehah, Azalea, Benyamin and Marielis. Cherished sister of Arturo, Edith, Esther, Marisol, Zory and Willy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
