Aura Esther Castillo Guerrero, of Northeast Philadelphia, passed away on February 3, 2024, at the age of 61. Daughter of the late Cecilio Castillo and Sencion Guerrero. Loving mom of Endrisy Janvyer Peguero and Endrysa Esther Peguero. Who are forever thankful to her for putting aside her own desire to live in the Dominican Republic in order to stay by their side so her children could have a better life in the United States. She will be missed by a host of brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and wonderful friends who were deeply impacted by her in the best way. Loved by many for her generosity and extremely caring personality, Aura Castillo always made sure that everyone around her was well taken care of. She had so much kindness to give to everyone. She will always be remembered as such by those who knew her. Her family, the survivors, were her whole world as she often said, and she was also the light of the eyes of the family. She will always be remembered with much love, fondness and admiration for she truly touched the hearts of many. All are invited to Aura’s visitation and funeral Tuesday February 13th at St. William R.C. Church (6200 Rising Sun Ave. Phila., PA 19111) from 8:45am-9:45am. There will be a funeral mass at 10:00am.
