Alfred J. Azarewicz, Sr.

Alfred J. Azarewicz, Sr., formerly of the Oxford Circle section of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2022, (the birthday of his beloved wife, Josie ) at age 93. Beloved husband of the late Josephine (nee DeCree). Loving father of Alfred Azarewicz, Jr. (Gina), Harry Quitmeyer (Donna), Edward Quitmeyer (the late Laura). Devoted grandfather of Derek, Jeffrey, Aimeé and Jennifer. Great grandfather of Zoe and Noah. Sadly missed by many cherished nieces, nephews, neighbors and in particular his Reading Railroad family. All are invited to attend his viewing and funeral on Friday, January 6, from 9:00 – 10:00am in St. Paul’s RC Church 2007 New Hope St. East Norriton, Pa 19401. There will be a funeral mass at 10:00am with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
