Anthony Cerebe III “Tony”

Anthony Cerebe III “Tony,” of the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, formerly of the Port Richmond section, sadly passed away April 16, 2024, at the age of 81. Son of the late Anthony Cerebe Jr. and Helen Cerebe. Beloved husband of Alice Cerebe. Loving father of Catherine Balsley Cerebe and Anthony Cerebe (Arlene). Cherished poppi of Megan Cerebe, Alicia Balsly, Sarah Balsly and Anthony Cerebe, as well as, great-grandfather to Isabella, Alexis, Riley, Leland, Zaiden, Andrew and Claudia. Brother of James Cerebe (Cher) and the late Thomas Cerebe, Edward Cerebe and Catherine Cerebe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed by all who loved him.

All are invited to Tony’s visitation and funeral Friday April 26th at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. Phila., PA 19135 (between Unruh & Knorr Sts.) from 9:30am-11:00am. There will be a words of remembrance with eulogies at 11:00am.
