Edward Donahue, of the Holmesburg section of Philadelphia, passed away on January 4, 2023, at age 89. Son of the late Francis and Catherine Donahue. Edward is survived by 4 children, Karen Donahue (Bill), Gerald Donahue (the late Dolores), Edward Donahue (Mary Ann) and Kevin Donahue (the late Ann Marie Glen). Brother of Pat Donahue, Bill Donahue and the late Ray Donahue, Eugene Donahue, Paul Donahue, Francis Donahue, Catherine and Claire. Sadly missed by 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. All are invited to attend Edward’s viewing and funeral on Monday, January 9, from 10:00am – 11:00am at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr sts) There will be a prayer service at 11:00am with burial to follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
