Eugenia Velazquez

Eugenia Velazquez, of North Philadelphia, passed away surrounded by her loving family, on June 2, 2026, at age 87. Beloved wife of the late, Esteban Velazquez. Loving mother of Iris Long, Rodrigo Fontanez, Genaro Fontanez (Annette), Francisco Fontanez, Ramon Velazquez (Raquel) and Juana Sanchez. Sadly missed by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing and funeral on Wednesday, June 10th, at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr sts) You may visit and comfort Eugenia’s family from 9:30 am – 11:00 am. There will be a prayer service starting at 11:00 am. Further arrangements will be held at the convenience of her family.
