Elizabeth T. “Betty” McCullough
Shared Memories
Betty was a proud 1968 graduate of St. Hubert's Catholic High School For Girls. Recent Widow of Michael J. McCullough. Mother of Jennifer Fleury (Jim), Colleen Giorgi (Dominic), and Michael McCullough.
Betty was predeceased by her parents: William J. Barrett and Elizabeth T. Barrett and her sister, Annamae T. Dengler (JR).
She is survived by her sisters, Teresa Coyne (Frank) and Marie Patterson (Steve Snyder), and her brother, William Barrett (Diane)
Also survived by three amazing grandchildren: Joey, Danny, and Sarah, and three great-grandchildren. She is the beloved Aunt to many nephews, nieces, grandnephews & grandnieces. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, friend, teacher, and Mom-Mom to many.
She was a caregiver to many children throughout her life, as a young teacher, foster mother, substitute teacher, babysitter, and home daycare Mom for many years.
A lifelong Disney fan, where all her 'Dreams came true' when she was there, in the Magic Kingdom, or somewhere on the property, with her family.
Nothing meant more to Betty than spending any time, anywhere, with her family. As long as we were together, that's all that mattered.♥️
Family and Friends are invited to attend her Memorial service on Friday, August 23, from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Avenue. Philadelphia, PA 19135. (between Unruh & Knorr Sts.) A prayer will be said at 11:00 a.m. The burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.

My sister Betty meant the world to me. She made my childhood so memorable. We did everything together. She was such a special person. I will be lost without her. She played such a major part in my life. I am who I am today because of her love and guidance. She was taken from us too soon. I hope she is now at peace with all her loved ones. Until we meet again she will forever be in my heart.❤️

Dear Family, We know we will see Betty again and our hearts will rejoice. Betty's leagcy was truly her goodness and kindness to all. It is hard to lose someone we love but we need to realize that she will always be with us in the hearts of her children, grandchilden and loved ones. May she rest peacefully free from pain and reunited with Michael and all her treasured loved ones in God's eternal glory!
