Vilma Mendez

Vilma Mendez, of North Philadelphia, passed away on May 23rd, 2025, at age 81. Loving mother of Zoraida, Felix, Audelis, Elizabeth, and the late Eduardo. Devoted grandmother of Paul, Daniel, Jessica, Lauren, Catherine, Nicholas, Tamara, Benjamin, Felicia, Alexandra and  Edieberto. Sadly missed by 22 great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing and funeral Friday May 30th from 10:00am – 11:00am at McCafferty Funeral & Cremation Inc. 6711 Frankford Ave. (between Unruh & Knorr sts) There will be a prayer service starting at 11:00 am. Burial to follow in Greenmount Cemetery.
