I am so sorry to hear about Aunt Pat . Our hearts and prayers for all of you . I have lots of great memories as youngster . It was always great when everyone would be in Union Bridge . It has been quite a long time since seeing any of the family, but you all are in my thoughts .

My life as a child/teen was difficult. Some of my favorite memories were when I spent summers at the bay in MD with Nana and Pappy. Of those memories, some of the best were from when Aunt Pat would come down for the weekend/Independence Day. There was always so much laughter at that time with Nana, Pappy, Uncle Fred, Aunt Pat, and my mom. I miss all that laughter with them and I miss them all. I am grateful that they are all reunited now with the physical and emotional pain of this life left behind them! I wish happiness and healing for all those mourning their loss of Aunt Pat!

My mom was the most selfless person I have ever known She instilled in me that kindness is the most importance trait in our souls. She always had a kind word for everyone My mom loved to tell silly dad jokes and she would laugh so hard at her own jokes that you could not help but laugh along even if the jokes were just corny ;). She was a funny lady She adored her family and simply cherished the moments she had with us. Last Christmas we had her doing the Meghan Trainor video dance “made you look” from her chair because she couldn’t stand. She was so much fun She never had a lot but she gave everything she had to everyone I will miss her dearly and am so grateful she was my mom

Mom-mom was the nicest person I have ever met in my life. She was always there for a big hug and a silly joke to cheer me up when I was sad as a kid. I looked forward to Christmas because Mom-mom always gave us Swedish fish. With the candy, there was also always some sort of homemade gift, which she sewed herself. She was really talented. Once, as a child, my parents went on vacation and Mom-mom stayed with us for a few days. She made us sloppy joes for dinner and we laughed the whole time. The last time I saw Mom-mom, she was happy and told us a lot of jokes - that is how I will always remember her.

  1. While we were not fortunate enough to know her personally, she must’ve been an amazing woman to have such amazing children

  2. May God hold you in the palm of his hand 🙏 You were a big part of my childhood and thank you for all you taught me. ❤️

  3. Pat was my dear cousin. I grew up watching her with Aunt Cookie and Aunt Betty on weekend visits to Grandpap and Grandma’s home in Union Bridge. Aunt Cookie and Pat were best friends all their lives.
Pat would come and do our aunts hair and give haircuts perms . She was a great beautician.
My best memories of her are the front porch swing and her being on American Bandstand in Philly.
We grew closer as I grew up. Had many visits and long talks with each other. She was also my friend forever. I will miss her jokes she used to tell me and her laughter. I know she wanted to go in peace and God let her have her 81st birthday with family.
Rest well my sweet cousin. I will always hold you in my heart. ❤️🙏
